Cwa-app-ios: Exposure check performed every time the app is opened

Avoid duplicates

Describe the bug

After updating to 1.6.1 on some days exposure checks are performed every time I open the app.
This behavior then suddenly stops and it's back to working the way it's supposed to (exposure checks only once a day).

Expected behaviour

No additional exposure checks.

Hey @danielvonmitschke, This seems like a duplicate of #1517.
Please also take a look at this Issue and consider closing this Issue, it is also intended that the App updates more often than 24h with version 1.6.1.

I will also quote @thomasaugsten from here:

This behavior is in 1.6.1 intended because we cannot load the configuration of the app. After a successful load of the configuration we do the exposure check again to ensure the result based on the latest config. But we will improve this in the future.

So it's not bad if the App does checks more often than 24h with 1.6.1, but also not bad if not (because new data is still only published once a day).
So everything is working as intended. 👍

P.S. What not works as intended are the duplicate checks (2 checks (or more) performed at the same time). This Issue is tracked here: #1505
