Cwa-app-ios: Iphone Notification show a different number of exposures than the app

Yesterday I got a notification about 4 potential exposures and when I opened the app right afterwards, the info-screen shows only 1 exposure with low risk. Same happened to me about a month ago where notification showed to exposures but only 1 was then shown inside the app. I am not sure if the two values differ, but for me as an enduser it is difficult to judge whether I get the correct information from the App or not. So maybe this is a programming issue (which is not possible to reproduce for me) or whether this is just a communication issue of what is shown in the app and in the warnings (do the two exposure measures differ?)

I use an iphone 7 with iOS 13.6.1 and Corona Warn App 1.2.1.
