Cwa-app-android: Main is not shown

Nach dem Starten der App erscheint das Logo für ca. 5s. Danach schließt sich die App wieder und der Handy Startbildschirm ist wieder zu sehen.
Die Benachrichtigungen funktionieren allerdings, z.B. wenn man Bluetooth deaktiviert.

Vielen Dank für die Berichterstattung zu diesem Thema. Könnten Sie mir bitte mitteilen, welche App-Version Sie verwenden? Außerdem würde ich vorschlagen, Ihr Gerät neu zu starten oder die App neu zu installieren. Bitte teilen Sie uns dann mit, wie die App funktioniert.

Nach Neuinstallation startet die App wieder. Eine ursächliche Lösung ist
dies allerdings nicht. Meine gesamte Begegnungshistorie ist weg.

thanks for reporting. To keep tracking this issue, I will leave the bug open but add the on hold label. Please let us know if this happens a second time as well as the steps to reproduce, even if it's only that you have turned on the airplane mode or opened the app.

Meine gesamte Begegnungshistorie ist weg.

Die Begegnungshistorie ist höchstwahrscheinlich nicht weg, da sie von den Google Play Diensten erstellt wird. Die Corona-Warn App greift lediglich auf diese zu und gleicht sie mit der Datenbank an positiv getesteten Keys ab.

Unfortunately Google ENF seems to actually delete the keys, when you uninstall the last ENF App on your phone:

On Android devices, the log is deleted if Corona-Warn-App was the last app using the framework on the device. If you have SwissCovid or Immuni installed in addition to the Corona-Warn-App, the log will only be removed if these additional apps are de-installed or you manually trigger deletion of the exposure log.

Then it should be added to the FAQ how to clear app-data instead of re-installing. Clearing app-data usually works the same as if you re-install an app.

This only mentions that uninstalling will delete the random IDs and should be the last resort. Maybe there should be a note in there that says "Instead of uninstalling, try clearing app data first as this won't delete the IDs [instructions on how to clear app data]."
