Cryptomator: Add Ubuntu 19.10 (Eoan) to PPA

The PPA recommended on the homepage does currently not support the new Ubuntu version 19.10 (Eoan). It would be great if this release could be added.

I have already two days ago written an mail to the ppa maintainer about that.
