Everything above is extremely malleable. If anyone thinks I've missed the mark with either the content or the invite list please chime in. I've added an explicit timebox to each of the topics, we've found this extremely productive in the modules WG. If people would prefer to not have a timebox or think that I've not given the appropriate amount of time to any specific issue please let me know.

I unfortunately won't be able to attend this one as I'll be on a flight to Korea for work.

If there's a way to get someone who is perceived as most neutral-ish to facilitate this and upcoming meetings, I'd strongly recommend it(maybe not a Board member or project leader from one of our foundations or instead make sure someone from each is aiding in facilitating the meeting). Though I know with open source it's also about who shows up, it can be really challenging to facilitate a meeting when the facilitators also have opinions(I'm certainly a culprit of this and it is not ideal).

I've made some minor tweaks to the schedule and timebox... have also added some discussion intent to some of the items

I will be flying home from NodeConfAR during this week's session. I may be able to connect for the last half hour.

This meeting time paves over the Individual Membership Subgroup of the CommComm's fortnightly meeting, which I have been coordinating. I will be trying to move that meeting to accommodate this effort. Since I am starting a new job at the end of the month, I don't know yet when I will be able to consistently make myself available at a new time.
