Now that Jest 25 is out it might make sense to upgrade the Jest version used by create-react-app.

Describe the solution you'd like

Update all Jest 24 usage to Jest 25.

@jhalborg note that if you update istanbul-reports in your own project, that's also solved for the version shipping in CRA ([email protected] no longer depends on handlebars)
