Create-react-app: Support for Fragment Syntax

Experimental support for fragment syntax will be added to Create React App within the next few days. A stable release may take a bit longer as we await adoption by upstream projects.

react-scripts 2.0 uses babel 7. Babel 7 is currently in beta and we are waiting for it to be officially released.

Feel free to send a PR to edit the blog post. It was added pretty soon but 2.x will stay in beta for at least as long as Babel 7 itself is in beta.

but babel will stop its beta when gulp 4 leaves beta 馃槃
(just joking) but also a bit serious, in this current version we are using beta features from babel 7 isn't it? why not add this as well 馃

@ReactGirl it is supported, but the version that is supporting it is still in beta.
