Create-react-app: Jest 22

It's not out yet but we'll need to track this.
It includes the watcher fix that makes it use fsevents, fixing issues on macOS.

We'll probably want to send a PR to Jest for https://github.com/facebookincubator/create-react-app/pull/2071 if it works well. I still haven't tested it.

hi guys,
is this bug being tracked for the issue where npm test just hangs on Linux ? because the previous bug#960 was closed. we set CI=true and all, and we are still seeing "npm test" or "yarn test" hang.
