Is the way to run it on Ubuntu Server 16.04
I try to run it, but have an error:
`root@ubuntu:/mnt/hgfs/Apps# create-react-app test

Installing packages. This might take a couple minutes.

This looks like either an npm bug or a network issue. I would recommend to update npm and try again.
Maybe is the version of node. You're using the v4.2.6. I'm using the v6.3.1 with Ubuntu 16.04 and I have no problem with the create-react-app. Can you upgrade it using nvm and try again?
I'm going to close because this is not something we could fix either way. Please file an issue with npm if it persists. Sorry we couldn't help you!
You just have to use: sudo npm i create-react-app -g
