Create-react-app: Remove purely stylistic ESLint rules

As discussed in #11, we don’t want to argue about semicolons.
We do want to keep the rules that help prevent bugs or undesired patterns.

Would this be extensible? Maybe outside the philosophy of the project, but I may not use this if I can't compare in my own rules.

You’re a power user. You can eject right after creating the app. 😉
Most people getting started with React aren’t ready to write their own rules.

On that note, this should be clearly laid out in a ROADMAP.md file or something. Otherwise, when this is officially released you'll get a lot of people making similar type of requests.
