Covid-19-data: Data Issue: Data from 7/14 is not loaded. Looks like the change in timing to bot.

It looks like the new'ish nyt bot loaded the data at 720PM EST, but it didn't load 7/14 data. It used to update around 930pm EST, and it would have that days data. Can someone take a look? the counties.csv, states.csv, and us.csv are all impacted.
It is exciting to watch the progress yall have made in updating the data. thanks for everything!

We're moving some stuff around in our backend. (Adding in new county-equivalent level data for the Northern Mariana Islands). It should be updated in the next hour or so.
