Coturn: Talso vulnerabilities & 4.5.1.2 ?

Could you consider releasing version 4.5.1.2 by applying the two commits that fixes the issues?

I just want to add that until you don't enable webserver you are safe form all these vulnerabilities.
So we don't need to panic. :)
This issue addressed in some form with limiting webserver availibilty in 4.5.1.1.
So with disabling the web by default, and evenif enabled it listens by default on localhost in 4.5.1.1.

In other hand I am doing my best.
I try to make the basic function tests work again, and release the next release but it seems it takes a while. So sorry..
