@jackzampolin Are we still planning counterfactual slashing (slashing for signing while unbonding) for this release? That is a prerequisite for security of efficient light clients which skip headers.

There hasn't been any further discussion on including it @cwgoes. Can we sync quickly on what needs to be done from both the perspective of Tendermint and the SDK?
