Cosmos-sdk: Add a Tracing KVStore implementation

This TracingKVStore would accumulate proofs for a series of queries and then return them client side for validation. This would be used to return proofs for complex state queries to clients in a provable fashion.

As I'm interested in working more on the light client, I would love to pick up this issue. It's also a perfect candidate in need of finely defined acceptance criteria :-p

So a trace kvstore is only used when --trace-store is supplied to gaiad start which is false by default so we wont have this functionality by default.

I think we need to discuss this more in the context of light clients and proofs. Namely, what are the goals we want here and on what stores?
