Coremltools: CoreMLTools 2.0

I saw coremltools 2.0b was released on pipy. Any place that can I find your source repo please? Thanks. The major reason why I was asking is that in this repo, coremltools doesn't support the latest Keras 2.2 release. Detailed error message can be found by comparing the latest two CI (Appveyor) results here.

@wschin where do you see coremltools 2.0b on pipy. The only one I see is the 0.8. All I could find on the new coremltools is the documentation.
