Core: After update 0.115 kodi.call_method stop working

The problem

After update 0.105 kodi.call_method stop working. No error logs. Kodi not responding.
On 0.104 work like charm.

Environment

Home Assistant Core release with the issue: 0.115
Last working Home Assistant Core release (if known):
Operating environment (OS/Container/Supervised/Core): HassOS 4.13

Next issue: I create turn on automation but when kodi is enabled turn off switch not trigger my turn off automation.

I am also having the same issue. Both in my automations and trying to use the developer tools.

I moved everything to the UI integration - Was working fine pre-0.115

Kodi boots up so I know the turn on automation works. but the turn off one runs and does nothing.
I've also tried running the kodi.call_method from the developer tools using

entity_id: media_player.lounge_tv
method: System.Shutdown

as the service data, and still nothing happens.

I am also experiencing no response from kodi when using the call_method with the new integration. I've tried from the developer tools and cant see anything in the logs. Some example code below that used to work

Turning on using WOL and a new automation works, but shutting down isn't working at all!

I have the debug on for homeassistant.components.media_player.kodi, but nothing turns up in the logs.
