Core: Xiamo Gateway Sensor door/ windows and movement problem 106+

The problem

Gateway Xiaomi.
Light switch gateway work perfect, but sensor don't work with HA. Don't return any state.

Environment

• Home Assistant release with the issue: 106.2
• Last working Home Assistant release (if known): 105.5
• Operating environment (Hass.io/Docker/Windows/etc.): Hass.io Docker
• Integration causing this issue: Xiaomi Gateway (Aqara)

In the version 106+ have a problem with my gateway Xiaomi.
Light.command gateway work perfect, but sensor don't work with HA. Don't return any state.
Return version 105. 5 work perfect.
My system so is image for intel nuc.
After update 106+ all sensor is on line but don't receive any

Same issue. Also doesn't work in 0.106.1
It looks like it applies to all devices connected through a xiaomi gateway

I have spent the afternoon upgrading and downgrading. I can confirm that all of my motion sensors and light level sensors worked on 0.105.5 but do not work on any of the 0.106 versions. This includes the gateway illumination sensor.

Thanks @alesoft73 and just to confirm no HA log errors when you start up? I am on 0.106.2 myself in a venv install and this integration is working for me properly with all my sensors.

Maybe it's just coincidence but I started to experience same issue after upgrading Supervisor to version 206 and restarting some time later.
Strange thing that Xiaomi Gateway still works as light so communication between HA and Gateway works.
I also can see sensor changes in Xiaomi Home app

I was mistaken earlier... running 0.105.5 it works once and does not reset. Running 0.105.4 the sensors work once and do not work again until ha is restarted and gateway is rebooted..
Again... hassio on docker. I did not upgrade the supervisor yet.
This has worked for ages, not sure why just backing down did not fix it completely.

I think it is related to newest version of Hacs. I upgraded yesterday and all my sensors from aqara stopped working. I downgraded version and everything works.

Above confirmed. HACS (0.22.0)seems to be the cause of this issue

Hacs version bumped. Try installing 0.22.1

i can confirm that it helps. Works ok in HA 0.106.2 and HACS 0.22.1

Same issue here. Suddenly an issue from 106.3. I've also upgraded HACS to 22.0. Will try to confirm that 22.1 works.

tried with 106.2 & hacs 22 but still not working :(

In my case upgrading HACS to version 0.22.1 did the job. After restart, I can see all my Xiaomi sensors.

I confirm, the problem is HACS!

Moving from HACS to 22.0 to HACS to 22.1 has restored Xiaomi sensors. At least in the short term, they are working
