Core: Does not start due to wrong z-wave network key

In case of a wrong z-wave network key, home assistant doesn't start.

Please fill out the issue template.

While working solely from mobilf phone filling out the template is cumbersome . But I can tell you the exact issue nod. The network key was in wrong format. There was an additional space in "0x EA".
This small space will cause HA to fail on boot.

@andre2007 you should always fill out the issue template no matter how difficult it is. It is helpful to all those that you are requesting help from. In the future always fill it out please.

Sounds like something that should be caught and handled gracefully.
