Home Assistant release with the issue: 0.88.2
Last working Home Assistant release (if known): 0.87
Operating environment (Hass.io/Docker/Windows/etc.): Hass.io
Component/platform: Tuya Lights Component
*Description of problem: The following error is displaying every minute in my log. When turning light switches on or off, it takes very long before the State is reflected in Lovelace. It does eventually update but it takes forever: WARNING (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.light] Updating tuya light took longer than the scheduled update interval 0:00:30 *
Problem-relevant configuration.yaml entries and (fill out even if it seems unimportant):
Traceback (if applicable):
**Additional information: This used to work fine with rather quick state changes reflected in the UI. Now, very slow and the above error displayed every minute in the logs: WARNING (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.light] Updating tuya light took longer than the scheduled update interval 0:00:30.
The only thing that has changed since the last time I remember it working is:
I have attempted to reboot my Raspberry Pi 3 B+, restart Hassio /Homeassistant.**

I get this too - been getting it for some time. It does eventually update, but fills the logs!
Me too. Spamming my logs.
The issue still persists in .90.2
@marc25v
I am not currently getting it on the latest version 0.91.0 as far as I have noticed.
Issue is still also in Home Assistant 0.91.4.
Spamming my logs,too.

The issue still going on. Is anyone going to fix it?
Thanks
here is docs : https://docs.tuya.com/en/cloudapi/app_access.html
note that the "tuyaus" is AWS powered (the only one), and really speed (at least, for me, in EU)
perhaps devs should try to use this one ?!?
I'm getting this (on Hassbian) to the extent where my switches in Lovelace aren't anything like the actual device states. If I try to change the state via HA it just flicks back to the state it was in. Again this is regardless of what the actual Tuya switch state is.
The switches never update in Lovelace to match the real state even after a full day. Likewise, changing a switch in HA has no impact on the actual real world device. The only switch that works is the group switch for some reason. As in, I can switch everything off or on and it's reflected in all physical switches being turned on or off according to the lovelace group switch.
On a side note... Does HA use the local AWS server to the client or does it use the same server regardless of where your HA device is?

This same thing happens often when I update tuya devices using voice commands on Google Assistant devices. The response is "Sorry XX devices are not available right now". They usually work with a few seconds delay, often before the voice response.
I think this may be a problem at tuya.
I have the same error, but with another climate device (Hisense AEH-W4A1). The library works well outside HA, so the problem should be inside, part of the general updating routine of HA.
I have recently started getting this problem, but I have never had it occur before. Also, my devices do not eventually switch.
If anyone wants me to try anything, or post something like logs let me know.
Same experience as @pfeiffee
Works after restart of Docker container for a few days and then start seeing my logs flooded. Not sure if it Tuya as it works after a restart.
