Core: 0.76 - frontend asks for saving credentials on each reload

HASS on raspberry 3 native python venv

Description of problem:
logging into the frontend and saving the credentials I'm always asked if I do want to save the credentials - after clicking on "save login" I would expect that I'm not asked anymore...
Instead it asks for that permission each time I reload the page.

• first seen with Chrome 68.0.3440.106 on Windows 10
• verified on Google Chrome on iOS

• verified on Safari on iOS

• verified on mobile view with Google Chrome on Android 9
