Core: New Weather Card without Chart

One of the changes was to modify weather components for “new” frontend card (@c727 - #14076). This modifies the Frontend Weather card without chart (#1117).

Is there a way to make this configurable i.e. have an option to display either a chart or the values? Glancing at the chart provides a quick way of checking the weather over the next few days.

This has also impacted weather.my_ecobee component.

The chart is not that useful for components with only daily forecasts. Currently there is no option to show a chart instead

I liked the 48 hours temperature chart on the dark sky component, and I found it useful 😟

Also, the component shows the time using AM / PM format, which I find hard to read, couldn't it be configurable?

@bokub All charts (at least the ones that I checked) use AM/PM format in HA. Also, you can still add Darksky sensors, if you want any additional information.

@arsaboo Here are screnshots of my home-assistant, as you can see the charts use the 24 hours format.

And about the additional information, you're right: the component still gives a 48 hours forecast, but it's really not the same as the good old graph:

Chart on a daily forecast is an easy way to see whether it is getting hotter or colder over the next five days at a glance. I really wish it could be brought back or at least have it configurable.
