@karelz it is a SqlClient feature, so I think yes.

@richlander Yes. I didn't close it myself because I don't know what exact state (e.g. labels and milestone) you guys would use in this repo.

If this issue is covered in the corefx repo, we can close here.

For new product requests, we use the appropriate repo. For bugs, I prefer to keep this bug open for customer tracking even if we create an engineering bug in the appropriate repo. That's the basic model.

Core 2.0 is released, but how to use SqlDependency now? I can't find it in ResponseCache attribute parameters.

Is it in Core 2.1 Preview1?

Yes, SqlDependency is available in the preview1 SqlClient builds on nuget.
