Core-workflow: Python Triage access for iritkatriel

Irit has been doing a great job going over the issue backlog and finding stale/straight forward issues to close off. Some recent examples:

I think they'd benefit from being given triage powers so they can close these off directly.

If I had realized earlier that this hadn't already been done, I'd have granted the developer role on bpo already. I can go ahead and do that now if someone with access on GitHub can grant that one.
