Tell us about your request
Document usage, limitations on "vpc-resource-controller" and "vpc-admission-webhook".
Above 2 are very critical components for running windows nodes, but it's still a black hole on how this works and there is very little information on this. What is the behaviour or effects when the above pods are evicted , maybe in a spot environment etc. At present I see only one replica for them, will it be a bottleneck ?

Which service(s) is this request for?

At present "vpc-resource-controller" and "vpc-admission-webhook" are total black boxes. It would be good to have a better understanding of critical components.
