Consul: KV key name `create` not editable!

Thanks for reporting this!

This is related to rather a long PR from a while back (for reference https://github.com/hashicorp/consul/pull/4411). Basically we are/were considering options for working around how the backend redirects/strips URLs with trailing slashes.

I'm going to bring this up with the rest of the team and see if we can pick it back up again
