This happens to me on a daily basis and the way I fix it every time is I go into my dev tool and go to the application tab and click on "Clear site data". The problem is with the Angular service worker (PWA) module.

Same issue

As downforeveryoneorjustme.com sites mention that it's just me
But issue is issue

After visiting https://material.angular.io/index.php
It works now in chrome

There is sometimes a service worker issue that causes some ressources not to load. If you unregister the service worker in the dev-tools Application tab, they load again.

This happens to me on a daily basis and the way I fix it every time is I go into my dev tool and go to the application tab and click on "Clear site data". The problem is with the Angular service worker (PWA) module.

Visit chrome://serviceworker-internals/ and unregister the worker for material.angular.io. This will clear the service worker cache, which persists through hard refresh.

The service worker was removed from the last deployment, so this should stop happening going forward.
