MatBadgeModule should be in the angular/material package.

What is the current behavior?

MatBadgeModule is not included in the angular/material package.

What are the steps to reproduce?

Get angular material and try to import MatBadgeModule.

Which versions of Angular, Material, OS, TypeScript, browsers are affected?

Angular Material v5.0.0+

Is there anything else we should know?
