What is the expected behavior?

Have a generic component for tabs, without Material styling

What is the current behavior?

Only material/tabs are available

What is the use-case or motivation for changing an existing behavior?

Tabs is a very common use case, perfect for a CDK implementation

Is there any movement or interest in this feature. As someone working on a system with our own "styling language" I am excited by the CDK, but would find it hard to recommend due to its lack of components.

I am interested in having Tabs as CDK component with possibility to customize the template.
