Community-edition: Enabled Services jump around the list when their check boxes are clicked

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the Rambox Tab
2. Enable a service by clicking its checkbox

Expected behavior

The service stays in its place in the list and doesn't move.

Actual behavior

The service will jump around the Enabled Services list (i.e. it will not stay in place after you click it). It will either move up or down the list. Sometimes, if it's aligned to the right, it will switch to the left.

I should take note that the services aren't really arranged in any particular order, not even alphabetically. So, I think it's safe to say that this is unexpected behavior, because they way in which the service reorders itself seems to be random.

ENVIRONMENT

Rambox: v0.7.3.3
OS: Windows 10 (I know)
Arch: x64
