Community-committee: Add CommComm session members from Collab Summit 2017 as Observers

Creating an issue to add all members who added themselves as interested in attending CommComm sessions as observers at the Node.js Collaborator's Summit.

There are a LOT of people, hopefully I didn't miss anyone (don't think I did).

Please let this serve as a notice that we'll have a meeting on Thursday at 12:00pm ET. I know there are several of y'all who are in PT time zone, so we may be able to discuss a bit later.

There will be an issue going up 🔜 in this repo - I'll be mentioning you all + linking to this issue from the repo. There will be join instructions in that issue.

I wasn't able to attend the Collab Summit last week, but I'd love to be included as well. I spoke with @dshaw and @bnb at Node Interactive, but am not sure about the process of being included.

@baez The next meeting is this coming Thursday - we have meetings every other Thursday, and we postponed the previous one. 👍

Can I ask how long the meetings typically go? Even just a rough estimate, as I wanna be able to schedule my day around it.

Big anniversary coming up in January where a large cohort of individuals from the Collaborator Summit at Node.js Interactive 2017 will be eligible to become members.
