Community-committee: Should CommComm be pinned on the github.com/nodejs?

Here are the current pinned repo's... I think it would make sense to put community-committee up there for discoverability.

I think it may be good, but I don't necessarily know if there's a single project we should remove there _for_ CommComm. I am a HUGE +1 to nodejs/help being there. Not sure on others.

Moving nan seems plausible.

I propose we unpin node. It will ever be the repo with the major level of activity.

We can work on the ordering separately, but for now I've unpinned nan and pinned community-committee.
