Collect: Copy and edit forms inside "Edit saved form"

Problem description

Sometimes you need to fill in a couple of very similar forms.

It would be great if instead of running through the similar process, again and again, I could fill in one form, save it, copy it, then edit necessary fields and sent as a new submission. I think adding simple copy form functionality inside "Edit Saved Form" tab would dramatically improve an already great ODK.

I think we should allow to edit a form as now and then when user tries to save changes add an additional option "Save as a separate form" or something like that.

The second option is to show dialog with two options (Edit form/Clone form) when we choose form. I wonder what is better.

Hi Grzesiu, I think that second option is better in terms of efficiency, because you could get to and use this functionality much quicker. Thanks for your creative input.

Oh, thanks for pointing that out. That's because I posted this issue on ODK Forum first and yanokwa asked me to move it on github. But I didn't get the notification when he replied, so it took me a while before I realised it. Meanwhile he was so kind to do it on his own.

@grzesiek2010 Do you want to do a first pass at a prototype for this? I think it will be easier to refine the interface once we have something to look at.
