Codeigniter4: Feature: RESTful tutorial
Create a tutorial (or two) explaining clearly how to set up a RESTful API and a corresponding presenter.

I need to work through the RESTful for a project - I will take notes and either work on some docs or share notes I鈥檝e had relevant to a tutorial.

Stalled. Jim had plans for additional components to the RESTful chain (like after Filters) that the current content somewhat relied on. We will probably need to review the state of all the RESTful components and decide what we want to ship with, then work backward from there to a tutorial.
