Code-server: Log failed login attempts

Would be cool if code-server was able log failed login attempts.

Maybe include ip/user-agent?

Would be nice if out of the box it was compatible with fail2ban. Could probably just copy apache logs.

Alternatively, we could provide a fail2ban filter if we didn't want to go that route
