This is the ffi gem issue which countless of other issues exist here and have been filed. Please search the issue list for workarounds and potential solutions.

As fas as I can see, they are all describing a different error LoadError - dlsym(0x7fbbeb6837d0, Init_ffi_c: symbol not found which is not what I have.
I tried to reinstall ffi as explained in the other issues but that didn't resolve the missing compatible arch problem.
Thats why I opened this as new issue.
