Describe the bug
Completion is being triggered when rapidly typing or inserting characters.

To Reproduce
Go into insert mode in a file with Coc completion, and hold down a key.

The Completion popup will pop up over and over again, and eventually just holding down a key
will cause it to automatically select a completion, without having specifically selected a completion or pressed tab/enter .
