Cms: [Feature Request] Record User that Modifies Entry

Currently there are dateDeleted, dateUpdated and dateCreated fields in the elements table but not deletedById updatedById and createdById fields. It would be nice to be able to see who is doing these actions and not just when. This seems like something that belongs at a core level rather than having to manage this with a plugin.
