Cms: Can't create any new entry

Description

If I create new entry then I get "Entry is missing its type ID" or "Category is missing its group ID"
I can re-save already existing entries.
I'm using multisite feature.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create new entry

Seeing a similar issue, but with Matrix.

I have the same issue when trying to create a new section. Error shown: Entry is missing its type ID. But only when trying to create a Single. Creating Channels or Structures is not a problem.

Creating a Channel section and trying to change it to a Single section also gives the same error.

Update: RC10.1 was released a couple hours ago with the fix.
