I have configured apache kafka 2.0 with kafka manager from master. did not see any issue. It is working normally as 1.0 . In drop down when adding cluster to kafka manager doesn't show 2.0.

Am using Kafka 2.11-2.1.0 with 3 Zookeeper nodes and 3 Kafka Brokers with Kafka, Zookeeper, and Kafka Manager all deployed via Ansible. So far this manager seems to be working on it. It would just be nice to have another entry in the drop down.
