Client: Display app identifiers in Settings' app list

• Finance

I think we should use the Entity component here too, for consistency

@izqui There is a design for this on another issue which I can't find, with app badges that I did a while ago - I've added it here too and updated it to use the extra data for labels (% in voting). You can see the contract addresses by clicking on the badge, along with Etherscan link.

I think this will be a bit redundant when we have the App Centre, but maybe nice to have as a quick list
