Client: Enhancement: Ability to upload non-media files in Android

The kbfs browser in the Android app offers the possibility to upload image and video files. It would be nice to have an upload function for files in general, e.g. via the intent ACTION_OPEN_DOCUMENT without restriction to a special mime type.

I am really surprised that this has yet to be implemented. You'd think it would be been included when the Android KBFS was first introduced, not to mention that it's now almost been a year since this issue was opened.

The real fix should be a whole lot simpler, right?
