Client: DAO apps will not load

Trying to load DAO located at: http://aragon.aragonpm.com/#/topia02.aragonid.eth/

The apps for this DAO are not loading on Mozilla Firefox 62.0.3 or Chromium Version 69.0.3497.81.

Can't reproduce.

Maybe there were some issues with the Rinkeby node when you were trying it, however we haven't done anything about it, it just seems fine.

Now everything is OK

@john-light @izqui Our rinkeby node was behind by about 4-6 hours consistently (sometimes even longer) throughout the weekend, so this was likely the problem.
