Client: pgp gen windows 10 Pro x86 big problem

while doing the usual:

• nuking my (sledgehammering) my accounts keys (lost some stuff 😢 )
• generating a new one via the console with keybase pgp gen
• i get an error message like:

- ERROR Operation timed out

This is happening to me right now as well, after I've revoked my PGP key from command line.

Check that a password modal hasn't opened in the background.
