Client: Keybase UI is behind system tray

I've just installed the new keybase client for windows. When I launch it from the system tray this happens:

As you can see the UI shows up behind the system tray popup. This seems to be the normal behaviour for the system tray (i.e. clicking an icon does not immediately dismiss it) so this is a problem of window placement (why _is_ the window welded to the bottom right corner anyway?)

There must be some way to make it above the tray panel, as it happens with Dropbox, and any left/right click pop up

A similar problem in Win7 when the task bar is positioned on the left of the screen rather than the bottom.
