Whats the problem? i can't sync

Like this post if you had the same problem and a nightly solved it ^^ (not attempting noise here: I had apparently the same issue as the reporter and since I _am_ following the thread, I suppose I should say it also solved my problem and add a placeholder for everyone else in the same situation instead of commenting me too).

I was getting the same error on my Win 7 X64 desktop.

First I switched to the older 2.1.1 stable release from Feb 2016 and then I was able to sync no problem. Then I saw this thread and the nightly guruz linked (2.2.1-6107). I installed that and tried a massive upload of 5000 files ~105GB and it worked great.

I had the same problem. Client hanging, unable to create anything on the server, eating up all the memory, until the runtime error windows start covering the screen. Please note the link to the nightly 404s. The 6107 build is still available here http://download.owncloud.com/desktop/daily and this one just seems to work like it should.
