Cli-microsoft365: Consolidate `spo site list` and `spo site classic list` commands

Consolidate spo site list and spo site classic list commands into spo site list which lists both modern and classic sites. The output should contain combined information from both APIs used by the spo site classic list and spo site list commands. Additionally, mark the spo site classic list command as deprecated so that we can remove it in v3.

Once this item is done, let's create a new item linked to milestone v3 to remove the deprecated spo site classic list command.

Hi Waldek, May I take this up!

Please do! Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Hi Waldek, To show the list of classic sites, shall we include 'ClassicSite' as a value for parameter '--type' in addition to 'TeamSite' and 'CommunicationSite'?

Command example:
spo site list --type ClassicSite

please let me know your thoughts.

We shouldn't make any distinctions between classic and modern sites and the command should always show all sites. Filtering for a specific type of site should be done using the filtering options combined from spo site list and spo site classic list. Does this make sense?

Yep. Got it.
After consolidation, the command would be like this.
To get modern team sites,
spo site list --webTemplate 'GROUP#0'

To get classic team sites,
spo site list --webTemplate 'STS#0'

please let me know your thoughts.
