Promotes an existing library to become an organization assets library
spo orgassetslibrary add --libraryUrl<url> --thumbnailurl[url] --cdnType[Public,Private]
--cdnType: default Private

Yes, had some troubles because I had some old code from first time it started. Did throw everything away, got my test and build working again with new node version so expect something this week :). If only there was a 'feel ashamed' smile ;-)
