I would check out the steps of publishing to homebrew. If it is not too complicated, I will do it in my free time.

Because of clashx is already in Homebrew cask, and clash provides an Automated Builds docker image. So I think there is unnecessary to support Homebrew for a command line application. Comment on this issue if you have any doubt about this.
