Clarity: Update Craft Library instance with current one

Expected behavior

The Clarity Craft Library version should be 0.10.0

Actual behavior

The version is actually 0.9.9

Correct 0.10.0 Library
Clarity-0.10.0.library.zip

The issue is still persisting. We still have the 0.9.9 version on the site. Working with InVision to fix this versioning issue. Will post the correct zip when it can get created.
