Your CKAN\registry.json file got corrupted (in your KSP folder). Rename it to something else and try again.

No information here about why this happened, unfortunately, since the errors only show up after the corruption occurs. If anyone finds steps to reproduce the corruption at will, please reply and we can re-open this.
